NewDealNewDay.com is an on-line retailer that offers great deals on one product once a day, Monday-Friday.
Who is NewDay NewDeal?

This site is geared for your home, but it can also be a great resource for your small to medium business. Our goal is simple: great prices, cool and fun products, and a great customer experience.
When does the new product become available?
We offer one product every day. The new product is posted at 12:00AM Central Standard Time each day. The product stays available for purchase until it sells out, or until the time runs out at 11:59PM CST
How will I know when the product is sold out?
There will be a sign that says "Sold Out" posted right next to the price of the product.
Can I buy items that were posted earlier?
No, each item is only available for 24 hours. Once the product is gone, it is gone.
Will NewDayNewDeal.com tell us how many units are available?
No, it will be different and exciting every time.
Will I be able to tell when you are running low on a product?
Yes, when the product is almost sold out, the "Buy It" icon will change to say "insert here".
Can I talk to someone on the phone?
Eventually, however first contact will be through e-mail. If we can address your questions via e-mail, we will. This helps us to keep our cost down which saves you money. However, if a problem cannot be solved via e-mail, NewDayNewDeal.com will contact you with a phone call. Please send any questions to comments@newdaynewdeal.com.
What is an RSS feed?
A RSS feed is a way to receive headlines and article links whenever your favorite sites, such as NewDayNewDeal.com, update their content. To join in, you need to download and install an RSS reader. You can find a number of options using any search engine.
Does NewDay NewDeal have RSS feeds?
Yes, scroll up to the top of this page and click on the "RSS Feed" icon. You will receive updates on all of our new products and site information.
What is the "Past Buys" Section?
This section is a listing of the products we have previously offered on the site. We use this section to give customers an idea of the type of products available.
Can you tell me how much a past product was sold for?
No, we only show pricing on the current deal we have available for the day.
RETURN POLICY
What do I do if my product is defective?
If the product arrives DOA and is not working at all, please refer to the manufacturer of the product. Shipping charges are not refunded.
What do I do if I want to return a product that is not defective?
Nothing. We only accept returns on defective products.

How do I create an account?
Scroll up to the top of this page and click on the "Sign Up!" button. You will need to supply your First and Last Name, a valid e-mail address, a unique Username, and a password you create. You can also enter your Billing Information, but it is not required to sign up.
What are my payment options?
NewDayNewDeal.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We do not accept checks, money orders, COD's, etc.
What are my shipping options?
We always ship our packages via Ground using one of the major carriers: UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We choose which carrier to use based on the product we are shipping.
How long will it take to get my product?
It all depends on where you are located. Products typically ship within 24-48 hours of your order.
What is the "Today's Bonus"?
"Today's Bonus" is something we offer everyday. It changes daily just like the product it is offered with. It can vary from Free Shipping to Automatic Contest Entry.
How many people get "Today's Bonus"?
It depends on the product and bonus of the day. We will have a detailed description about every bonus to let you know the offer.
How will I know if I get "Today's Bonus"?
If you get one of "Today's Bonus" items, you will receive an e-mail confirmation letting you know all the details.
How can I track my order?
Through logging into your account.
Why isn't my state/country listed?
Currently we only ship to the continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or other countries.
How many items can I buy?
Every person is limited to three units per product listing. We do this to allow everyone to take advantage of the deals.
Do I get a discount for buying multiple units?
No, there is no discount. It will cost the same per unit for one, two or three units.

What is the message board?
The message board is a section of the website that allows our customers to communicate about the deals we currently have available and other deals we have previously offered. This area allows you, the customers, to be the judge, and not some marketing company.
How do I use the message board?
First, you will need a NewDay NewDeal account. You can sign up for a new account by scrolling to the top of this page and clicking on the "Sign Up!" icon. Once signed up, you can reply to topics about the individual deals we have offered.
Can I communicate with NewDayNewDeal.com employees?
Yes, you will see various employees responding to topics and questions on the message board.
What is not allowed on the Message Boards?
NewDayNewDeal.com is not responsible for any content posted by users. We will however try to enforce the guidelines below.
Do not use this forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, abusive, vulgar, racist, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise a violation of any law.
